Teenagers like to working at Mc Donald’s restaurant because it is the easiest job to find, and also fast food restaurant hire most teenager also hire people who does not have a lot of experiences, example people with experience and education won’t waste time working at a Mc Donald’s for such low pay. That’s why Teenager work at Mc Donald’s because they need money to buy necessary thing, but what I try to discourse is that fast food restaurant does not offer does people any opportunity.
I have reading a news paper about fast food low way wrote by Glenn Koenen. From the St. Louis post-Dispatch (Missouri).
“Talk about how fast food restaurant forces young people to work many hours as possible, often with more than one employer. Fast food outlets pay worker the minimum wage or pennies more” because they don’t really care about their workers, they are just care about making money and keep the business going. And that’s one of the most reason fast food restaurant hires more teenager, more immigrant because they are less expensive. Also the big reason they hire more teenagers is because they are much easier to control and tell them what they have to do.
In my own experience I have work at a Mc Donald for two years. Did not offer me any opportunity, and also paying me the minimum wage it did not matter what type of job I did and also don’t really matter how do I work because the is no promotion. And also make my study suffer because I have to wake up early to open the business before sun light, and also have to work after school. And make me work holyday without extra pay. This is my experience work at a fast food restaurant.

Don michael: truth about fast food restaurant.
Most teenagers work at a fast food restaurant because they do not need a lot of experience also does not need higher level of education. This means that they hire more teenager. because people with experience and education wont waste time working at a Mc Donald’s for such low pay.
Mc Donald’s usually pays the minimum wage which is $ 7.25 and also it is a part time job wish not offers any opportunity. The good thing about Mc Donald’s is that it is the easiest job to find, and learn. Because to be a cashier you don’t have to know how use computer, all you have to do just press a button, and also for people who makes the food also all you have to do put the bread and the burger together.
One of the quotations from” Eric Schlosser "Behind the counter.” Fast food nation: the dark side of the all American meal. Fit with my point. (page 68) “Unlike Olympic gymnastics and activity in which teenager consistently perform at a higher level than adults, there’s nothing about the work in a fast food kitchen that requires young employees. Instead of relying upon a small, stable, well-paid, and well-trained workforce, the fast food in industry seeks out of part-time, unskilled workers who are willing to accept low pay. Teenagers have been the perfect candidates for those jobs not only because they are less expensive to hire than adults, but also because their youthful inexperience makes them easier to control". Want them for extra hour and use them because they want money they will do anything for it and they doesn’t have a good experience that’s why they are easy to control.
In my own experience I have worked. At a Mc Donald’s for two years. They did not offer me any opportunity, and also paying me the minimum wage. It did not matter what job I did and also don’t really matter how do I work. Also there is no time to take a break. I was always working always having something to do. And make me work holyday with out extra pay, and also Makes my school study suffer because I have to wake up early before sun light to open the restaurant and also after school I have to go to close; I don’t really have time to study
The reason I choice this quote is because fast food restaurants they don’t offer much opportunity to people. Just care about making money and keeping the business
